We attended several food tastings to approve the caterers for our industry reception. When we were invited to try Grain of Salts cuisine, we were blown away. Their head chef Ashish Bhatia, was so forward thinking and creative that we were amazed at the ideas he had for canapes. We were even more delighted when the food came and it was as delicious as could be. There was no doubt that they were the right choice for this event. On the day, our guests were blown away by the mini kebab rolls, shot glasses with gol guppe and all the creative, delicious, elegant canapes that complimented the cocktails so well. Thank you to Grain of Salt for putting so much thought, care and attention into our important event. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
